Tenon Templates

Tenon Templates mate with the Tenon Template Holder to guide your Multi-Router while cutting perfect “race track” shaped tenons to match router-cut mortises. Three mortise thicknesses and five length dimensions give you a total of 15 tenon options. Each tenon set includes 3 templates. One works with router bits that are exactly on dimension. The other two compensate for router bit sharpening. The “B” template is .010″ under-sized and the “C” template is .020″ under-sized.
